This website addresses the weight loss advice offered by Oprah and her hand-picked experts and explains why, if you follow it, you will likely fail and end up less healthy than when you started.

Among Oprah's experts, the worst perpetrator of this bad advice is Mehmet Oz, whom Oprah has proclaimed "America's Doctor."

Oprah's other experts, Jorge Cruise, Bob Greene, and David Katz, are also bad news for you.
